Surely you remember Michigan’s State Senator Mallory McMorrow.
Last year she responded to a sleazy attack by a Republican opponent by calling out the woman’s perfidy, right then and there, on the Senate floor.
It reminded us of how effective Democrats messages are when we just put ’em right out there.
The good senator is now Majority Leader; she and her Blue team are moving straight ahead; and when she Zooms with us on Saturday, March 18, she’ll bring us a ton of hope and progress — and also some thoughts on how we might talk to Benzie voters waking up to just how gawdawful the GOP now is, with its fascist-flavored lunacy.
Should be a bracing Saturday morning! ZoomBot is ready to register you right now, so just do it by clicking right here, right now.
Y’all know the drill: Virtual coffee at 9:30 a.m., Party and community announcements at 10, and then Sen. McMorrow. We’ll save some good time for Q&A, of course.
And if you have pals who, like most of us, thought her dramatic Senate speech was truly somethin’ else, you might want to invite them to check out Mallory…and us! And just to refresh your memory, here she is!
